How long it takes

Will we be without a bathroom?

No. We sequence the work so a working bathroom is always available, and we confirm that plan with you before demolition.

Do you fix hidden water damage?

If we open a wall and find rot or mould, we document it, price the repair and get your approval before touching it.

Can you match the rest of our home?

Yes. We match trim, flooring transitions and finishes so the new bathroom feels original to the house.

Is a permit really needed for a bathroom?

Plumbing and electrical changes require permits in Calgary. We pull them and book the inspections as part of the job.
