Yes. Design-only engagements are welcome, and the drawings are yours.

Do you charge for the first consultation?

No. The first conversation in your home is free, and you will leave it with an honest range for your project.

What if we already have drawings?

We build from existing drawings and flag anything unbuildable before it costs you money.

How does design connect to the fixed scope?

The design phase ends with a scope document and price you sign. That document is the contract the build is held to.
