Kitchen Renovation in Calgary

The kitchen is where Calgary homes actually live. We design and build kitchens around the way your family cooks, gathers and moves, with a fixed scope agreed before a single cabinet comes off the wall.

What is included

A kitchen renovation touches everything: layout, cabinetry, plumbing, electrical, lighting and finishes. Handled separately, those trades create delays and finger pointing. NUMI runs them as one team under one schedule, so your kitchen comes together in the right order, on the timeline we agreed to.

Layout and workflow design built around how you cook

Custom and semi-custom cabinetry, supplied and installed

Countertops, backsplash and finish selection support

Plumbing and gas relocations, permitted and inspected

Electrical, lighting plans and appliance circuits

Flooring, paint and the finishing details

Appliance coordination and installation

Full project management with weekly updates

Planning your project

We give you an honest range at your consultation and a fixed number after design. These are the factors that move it, and how long the work takes.

Layout changes

Moving the sink, stove or walls costs more than working within the existing footprint.

Cabinetry grade

Semi-custom to full custom is the biggest single price range in most kitchens.

Countertop material

Laminate, quartz and natural stone sit at very different price points.

Appliances

Keeping your existing appliances or upgrading changes both budget and electrical scope.

How long it takes

Most full kitchen renovations run six to nine weeks on site, after a design and ordering phase of four to eight weeks. We agree the schedule before demolition starts.

The NUMI Method. Listen, Design, Build, Stand Behind. Four stages, in order, every time, with a single project lead throughout.

Common questions

Not the work zone itself, but we help you set up a temporary kitchen and sequence the work to shorten the disruption as much as possible.
Yes. Electrical, plumbing and any structural work is permitted and inspected as part of the project. You never deal with the permit counter yourself.
Absolutely. We build from your drawings, or our design services team can develop the plan with you from scratch.
We price the fix, explain your options and get your written approval before proceeding. No surprise invoices at the end.
